Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking

  • Bookings for courses can be made via our website or by contacting our Registration

Department at info@pthnamibia.com

  • Upon receipt of booking in order, enrolment on the respective training course will be

confirmed by Registration Team with all necessary documentation

Invoicing and Payment

  • Our fees include course presentation, relevant materials, physical & digital

documentation, lunch and refreshments served during entire training.
Accommodation charges are not included in the course fees

  • Course fees are payable upon booking unless a valid, authorized Purchase Order is

provided and accepted

  • Invoices will be sent via email/courier to the ID/name and address provided

  • We prefer to have the fees payment in our account before the start of training course.

However, if your company has a different payment policy, the same should inform us
in a
dvance

  • The currency of fees is in US Dollars (USD). Payments can be made in USD or NAD

local currency (Namibian Dollars) by Bank Transfer. Our Bank Account details will be
provided on the Invoice


Cancellation
Once you have completed your booking, received your confirmation of enrolment and a
dated payment Invoice, you are deemed to have a contract with Paradigm Training Hub. You
reserve the right to cancel this contract given the below terms

Delegate Cancellations: All delegate cancellations must be received in writing and are
sub
ject to the following conditions:
 

  • for any cancellations received 20 working days before the start of a training course,

Paradigm Training Hub will issue a 100% credit for the value paid to be used for up
to one year from the date of issue for any future Paradigm Training Hub training
course

  • for any cancellations received less than 20 working days before the date of the

training course, the full fee will be payable and no refunds or credit notes will be
given.

  • if a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the training course, this

will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit note will be issued

  • Delegate substitutions are welcome-Please notify us 5 days before the event

Substitutions and Cancellations:

  • Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing of the programme, but

Paradigm Training Hub reserves the right to substitute, alter or cancel advertised
speakers.

Paradigm Training Hub Cancellation & Postponement policy


In the event that Paradigm Training Hub cancels an event, delegate payments will be refunded in 20 business days with a deduction of 5% administration fee for processing . In the event that Paradigm Training Hub postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date.

Transfers

Transfers to another practical workshop will only be accommodated within 7 days from the date of the cancelation notification email. See our website for upcoming courses, to request a brochure send an email to info@pthnamibia.com  

Request for Refund / Processing of Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed by the same method that the payment was received (ie. if paid by credit card, the payment will be refunded to the same card). Confirmation letters will be requested.

  • All applications for a refund are required to be reviewed and will only be considered if all other options (eg. deferral of course, transfer of fees to another course, etc.) have been considered.
